Stephan Ong
Stephan began his career as a lawyer with CMS Legal in M&A and Capital markets (4,5 years) and worked at Atradius Credit Insurance as legal counsel. He transitioned to financial Supervision at the Dutch Central bank (11 years) and supervised large Dutch banks amongst which Rabobank, which has enhanced his interest for Agritech and Sustainability.
With the ambition to become more versed in (quantitative aspects of) Risk Management, he obtained an additonal master degree in Risk Management from NYU Stern. This paved the way to become a Director at Deloitte within the practice of Risk Advisory (2 years) for Fintech and innovation in Risk Management.
The limited liability Company SunBioSys B.V. was incorporated in June 2022 driven by the aspiration of its founders to increase the adoption of Agrivoltaics. Through these activities it can contribute to mitigation of climate risks, which is the clear challenge in the coming decade.

Warmold van der Feltz
After having finished his MBA in Vienna, Warmold has held senior positions at Ernst & Young Consulting, CitizenM Hotels and Constantia packaging in the areas of consulting, business development, finance.
Warmold was co-founder of Regional Energy Europe, a renewable energy developer and deployment agent of PV-plants.
He is currently a consultant in advising start-ups with testing their business case, guidance though future financial processes, business control, financing activities, subsidy application and organisational set-up.
For SunBioSys Warmold is providing PV project development advice and has land available for development.
